Quads Academy is an international

community, but we want to know just

how international we are! We invite

you to fill out the form on the left to

leave your mark on Quads Academy. 

This form is completely anonymous, so

we will be unable to tell who sent what

response. This form will ask you what

country you currently live in. All the

names of the countries are in the

English translation, so the names may

be unfamiliar. We added the flags next

to the names to hopefully make it

easier for you.
